Minestrone Soup

My favorite vegetable soup -- love it with a little parmesan and pesto on top! I add a little shredded chicken for my meat lovers.

Banana Bread

Moist and rich in flavor, this banana bread is great on its own, with a little butter on top, and even toasted. Make it plain, nutty or sweet (chocolate chips) but try it plain first because once you add the chocolate, it's hard to go back.
